Remember how last year my husband son won a trophy at the Pine Wood Derby for Boy Scouts? Remember how excited my husband my son was about almost winning?
Well, this year? He (and by “he” I mean my husband) WON THE ENTIRE THING. The whole shebang! He had the number one fastest car out of all the kids in all of the age groups! Which means that my husband beat out all of the other dads. Let’s be honest here.
William was very excited. And Dave? I swear I think I saw him quietly weeping when his Will’s car was announced as the winner.

Congrats! Our Derby is in March, so we’re still building here. But really, is there anything cuter than boys in their scout uniforms? (other than Paige in her Uggs, of course.
